What Does This Ultrasound Report Signify?

Hlo doctor In my ultrasound report I have small peripherally arranged follicles in the left ovary .. my age is 29 and I have missed my periods from last 9 months.. My right ovary size is 3×2.1 cm Left ovary size is _ 2.8× 1.9 cm Please tell me is it serious problem .. and after marriage ll it create problem for me ? Can it be cured by alopathy medicines or should I go for homeopathic treatment..? Guide me .. My doctor suggested me Dianne 30 but that didn t suit me .. so I stop to take that medicine .. Waiting for ur advise

it's PCOS,if you can't take ocp....try these-

Hormone patches (Ortho-Evra, Xulane) and vaginal hormone ring (NuvaRing) can also help lower the hormone levels in girls with PCOS
