mrs Pao, your ultrasound report is perfectly normal. posterior fundal uterine is the normal position of the placenta, the organ which supplies blood to the baby. focal thickening of anterior wall is related to pregnancy changes. breech position in 20-21 weeks of pregnancy is not significant. usually, the head sould come first for a normal smooth delivery. the baby keeps in changing its position throughout pregnancy. grade 1 is placental growth, and it is normal. normohydramnios is fluid surrounding the baby, which is normal too.
