Hello My wife got pregnant through IVF (ICSI) today she had ultrasound scanning which shows GA 5 week n5 days GSA MEASURES 5week1day yolk sac visualised decidual reaction is moderate GSB MEASURES 5w1day With irregular margins and reduced decidual reaction Can you suggest what to do n Is there anything to worry

irregular margins of gestational sac with reduced decidual reaction is worrisome and usually indicates poor outcome. you need to consult your gyno for treatment. and you also need regular follow up scans.
