What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

my hsg report says as follows.. the prelim film is unremarkable,on introduction of contrast medium,a normal sized and shaped uterine cavity was demonstrated,no filling defect seen olin the endo cavity,the right fallopian tube is demonstrated upto the fimbria with minimal peritonel spill,the left fallopian tube is not demonstrated,the cervical orifice is very wide and the cervical canal wall appeared irregular due to previous instrumentation. can i conceive from this result? pls treat as urgent?

Hi thanks for your question.
Your ultrasound report is self explanatory with few things which needs further explanation,which i am going to give.Your uterine cavity and right fallopain tube are normal .left side tube is not visible means your left fallopian tube is blocked.cervical canal dilated and irregular is also an abnomal finding but will not interfer with your fertility much.Main concern is blocked left tube which may dercease chance of your conception by 50%.You still have 50%chance to get pregnant as the right tube is patent.Chances of conception can be increased to 100%,if the block in left tube is removed and all other factors like your ovulation and husband sperm count.
