What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

My HSG result read- There was difficulty in canulating the cervical canal due to tight synechea, however the contrast medium was infused under resistance. The outlined uterine cavity appears normal in size and shape. Both fallopian tubes have not been opacified presumably due to cornual blockage. Dr please help me interpret this result so that I can understand what is going on. Thanks

The nonvisualisation of fallopian tubes can be a manifestation of pelvic inflamatory desease, and it can be associated with woman infertility problems. You have to check it up with your gynechologist.
