What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?
My scan show dat a gravid antevered uterus.it measures 65mmx51mm along its long and AP diameter the myometrial echo texture is uniform and homogenous within the uterus there is a gestational sac with no fetal heart seen, the GSD measures 18mm there is no fluid in the pouch of Douglas. Please explain in full details

Hi,
I think you have done this scan to confirm pregnancy. But as per report uterus shows gestational sac but no embryo inside as no heart beats found out and sac diameter is 18 mm.
I will suggest you it's to early to detect fetal heart beats on scan. so kindly repeat scan after 10 days which will give better idea about confirmation of pregnancy.
