What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Dear sir i am 50 y/o with hepa b when i was still a lady but now i am sufferring from severe choking everytime i eat or swallow..my ultrasound yesterday was wid impression like this.. Diffuse liver parenchymal disease(mild fatty liver,i undergone also lab.process SGPT/ALT:12 SGOT/ALT:20...what does this mean.doc..kindly explain. Thank u n god speed!
