Hi Welcome to HCM This ultrasound report suggests that you have liver pathology , most probably "Fatty Liver". A condition in which liver becomes enlarged and fat is deposited in it. I would like to know whether you drink alcohol or not. Consult your physician regarding this report so that a final diagnosis can be made after correlating with clinical symptoms. Let me know if you have any other queries. Wish you good health.
