What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

I had an ultra sound 2 days ago, because I spotted few times so light spotting pink color, the result came as below: There is a single live intrauterine gestation measuring 7 weeks,3 days which is reasonably consistent with the patient dates. The gestational sac is sittng some what lower in the endometrial cavity on the prior study ( I had ultrasound 2 weeks ago) this maybe a poor prognostic sign, however at this point in time the pregnancy is still viable, there is perigestational hemorrhage measuring 1.3 × .5 × .6 cm, fetal cardiac activity is 163 BPM. How bad is my situation?

HI,
Welcome to HCM,
I read your query and i appreciate your concern regarding this issue.

Your Ultrasound report shows small blood clot around sac.
In such cases there can be chances of miscarriage and safe pregnancy as well.
But in your case you are still on risk.
For that i would Advise you
- Complete bed rest.
- Avoid intercourse.
- avoid alcohol,smoking etc
- Go for regular follow up Ultrasounds and check ups.
- Take healthy balanced diet and you vitamins as well.

Immediately visit hospital in case of
- heavy vaginal bleeding.
- pain and tenderness (contractions) lower abdominal.

Hope so it will be helpful.
You can write again in case of any query or follow up.
Wish you good health.
Regards
