What Does This Ultra Sound Scan Finding Indicate?

my wife s ultrasound of GS report is shows that: uterus is retroverted and enlarged, surface is smooth, a well defined intrauterine gestational sac of 10 mm is seen and no fetal pole vizualised in the sac now.. 10mm-4weeks +-1 week.. any difficulties in pregnancy

Hi,
I understand your concern.
Your ultrasound report shows an enlarged uterus /retroverted in position ( bent back words) / it shows a gestational sac without a fetal pole.
This needs a re assessment by follow up USG.after one week.
Persistant absence of fetal pole would suggest blighted ovum where baby does not grow & so uterus is evacuated.
