What Does This Test Report Signify?

Just got some test results from annual physical from my employer. GGT went up from high 100 s to 508 in one year. Only change in medications since then was due to immune system and antibody deficiencies, doctor added 875 augmentin once a day (preventive) and told me to take Florastor (probiotic) once a day. Could either of these be the cause?
