What Does This Stool Test Result Of A Child Indicate?

Hello, This regarding my 3 and half year son. Passing mucoid stool for 4 months. Stool color almost normal but with mucus and occasionally undigested food parts. No fever,vomiting, pain. Weight remains 20kg since 5 months. Stool tested in 19th April shows STOOL CS shows no salmonella,shigella,vibrio groups & campylobactors, STOOL RME showing BLOOD absent, pH acidic, protozoa not found, RBC 1-5, Pus Cells 50, macrophage,1-5. Dr. asking for sigmoidscopy test. Feeling worried, please suggest me what to do. Feeling tension, please suggest me
