What Does This Stool Test Result Of A 9 Month Baby Indicate?

my daughter is 9 months old and was having loose motions yesterday. she passed 8-9 stools (watery). We got the stool routine done and following are the results.

Pus Cells = 8 - 10 / hpf

Red Blood Cells = Absent

Macrophages = 2 - 3 / hpf
<Today she has passed 3 stools ( last one being watery and rest semi solid)
<please suggest if she could have stomach infection and if i should get stool culture test done.

Pediatrician 's  Response
Pus cell is suggestive of some underlying infection but as the stool frequency has decreased and the child is responding it looks to be self limiting. I.think you should maintain hydration by ORS and adequate fluid intake and you should keep watch on urine and stool output.
