What Does This Sperm Analysis Report Specify?
Hi i am 32 years and recently did sperm analysis.
quantity - 2 ml
colour - greyish white
reaction - alkanline(ph 7.7)
liquification - 30 mins
actively motile - 30%
sluggishly motile - 10%
Non motile - 60%
sperm count - 80 million/ml
Morphology
normal - 70%
abnormal - 30%
2-4 pus cells and 1-2 epithelial cells/HPF
looking of a baby and help me understand if the above analysis is good enough.

According to your semen analysis report you have semen quantity 2 ml & Sperm count is 80 million/ml, which is normal. As per motility only 30% are active motile, 10% are sluggish motile & Immotile or dead forms are 60%. as per shape 70 % sperm are of normal shape & rest 30% are of abnormal shape. Liquificvant time of 30 minutes is normal.
There is presence of pus cells 2-4/ high power field, 1-2 epithelial cells which is not significant.
So all together your semen analysis report suggest that you should be suffering from asthenospermia or low sperm motility. This might be the reason of infertility problem you are facing.
