Hello,
Thanks for letting us know your health concern. I have gone through your query and would like to offer my opinion. Your sonogram report shows a hemorrhagic cyst of the ovary. This is often seen as a subsequent development of the functional cyst. The uterus is anteverted, which is the common presentation. There is a small fibroid and it's management depends on the size, symptoms etc. The urinary bladder shows excessive residual urine as a result of incomplete emptying. This needs clinical correlation. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
