My semen test result is volume 04ml appearance dirty whitish consistency thick ph 8.0 count/concentration 20 million/ml motility dead 75% semi sluggish 05% sluggish 10% fully motile 10% cellular elements pus cells 1-2/hpf red cells nil epith cells a few

Hi.Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.
As per your semen report , you have 4 ml volume & 20 million count/ml which is below normal level. As per mobility of sperm 10 % are active mobile, 5% are sluggish motile & 75% are dead which are way below normal.

So all together your semen report is abnormal and You can have infertility problem with this semen report.

Presence of pus cells as less as 1-2/hpf & few epithelial cells are normal & doesn't indicate genital tract infection.

Visit a infertility clinic for your infertility issues
