What Does This Semen Analysis Result For Infertility Indicate?

Hello sir,I have the test this is the results:SEMINAL FLUID ANALYSIS Method of production: coital interruption,Time: 5:37pm,Time received: 6:02pm,Time examined: 06:04pm,Appearance: creamy,Viscosity: normal viscous ,Odour: misty.MOTILITY ,ACTIVE: 65%,SLUGGISH:20%,DEAD :15% ,MORPHOLOGY. NORMAL :70%,HEAD DEFECT:10%,NECK DEFECT.: 10%,TAIL DEFECT :10%,TOTAL SPERMATOZOA COUNT PER MIL 58MILLION/ ML.TOTAL SPERMATOZOA COUNT PER EJACULATION. 348.0MILLION/ EJACULATION.MACROSCOPY, MICROSCOPY,CULTURE AND SENSITIVITY TEST. MICROSCOPY,Pus cells. ......2-3/hpf,Red blood cells....NIL,epithelial cells.....+++,Yest. ...NIL,bacteria. ...NIL,others. ....NIL.SENSITIVITY PROFILE ,S= SENSITIVITY. R =resistance CIPROFLOXACIN. S+++ OFLOXACIN. RGENTAMYCIN. S+LEVOFLOXACIN. S+++PERFLOXACIN. S+++ CEFUROXIME. R AUGUMENTIN. R STREPTOMYCIN. R CEFTRIAZONE. S+++SPARFLOXACIN. R ERYTHROMYCIN. R CHLORAPHENICOL. R yielded profuse growth of STAPHYLOCOCCS SPP afer 48hrs of incubation at 37oC.Can i still father

Thanks for posting in HCM.
Based on the report you have posted, the following things can be noted:
1. Physical characteristics like Appearance, Viscosity and odour is normal.
2. Sperm motility with 65% active is good.
3. Sperm morphology with 70% normal forms is proper.
4. Sperm count of 58 million/ml is also normal.
5. Microscopy does not show much evidence of infection.
Since the there is growth of bacteria by culture, it is better you need to take a course of any of the following antibiotics which the organism is sensitive like Ciprofloxacin, Levofloxacin, Ofloxacin, Perfloxacin or Ceftriazone.
Otherwise, fertility index appears to be good.
