What Does This Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

Semen analysis results - Please explain:
Color : Greyish white ,Reaction - Alkaline , Volume: 2.5 Ml , Total sperm count : 90 Million/Ml,Actively Motile :80% , Sluggishly motile : 5% , Immotile - 15%,pus cells : 5-6/hpf , Morphology : normal -86% ,abnormal - 14%

Hello,

Your mentioned semen analysis report is absolutely normal.

Sperm count, motility and Morphology is extremely good.
Don't worry about semen report.

If you have infertility problem than rule out your partner problem by ultrasonography pelvis, tsh estimation and Hormonal estimation.
