Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

According to your X-ray reports there is minimal improvement in the status of pulmonary tuberculosis in upper lobes of both lungs.
There is tenting of the left hemidiaphragm and it is due to pleurodiapragmatic adhesion which may be sequel of infection.
Other region of lungs are normal.
Heart size is also normal.
Right hemidiaphragm, both CP angles and bony thorax are normal.
Hope i have answered your query.

Take Care
