General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear,
Understand your concern>
First note the normal urine report that is below:
Color – Yellow (light/pale to dark/deep amber)
Clarity/turbidity – Clear or cloudy
pH – 4.5-8
Specific gravity – 1.005-1.025
Glucose - ≤130 mg/d
Ketones – None
Nitrites – Negative
Leukocyte esterase – Negative
Bilirubin – Negative
Urobilirubin – Small amount (0.5-1 mg/dL)
Blood - ≤3 RBCs
Protein - ≤150 mg/d
RBCs - ≤2 RBCs/hpf
WBCs - ≤2-5 WBCs/hpf
Squamous epithelial cells - ≤15-20 squamous epithelial cells/hpf
Casts – 0-5 hyaline casts/lpf
Crystals – Occasionally
Bacteria – None
Yeast - None

Now compare to your report:
Color is cloudy, suggest infection
Protein : trace, suggest may be glomerular injury, it is associated with hypertension in pregnancy
WBC:8-12, against suggest Urinary tract infection.
RBC:slight hematuria.

So I think you are suffering from urinary tract infection.
Please also check for hypertension to prevent future complication.

Following are advice for you.
1. Drink plenty of water
2. Take health diet
3. Fruit juice of orange and cranberry
4. Wipe front-to-back after urinating or defecating
5. Wash hands before using the toilet
6. Use washcloths to clean the perineum
7. Use liquid soap to prevent colonization from bar soap
8. Clean the urethral meatus first when bathing
9. Drugs:
- Amoxicillin 500 mg orally twice daily for 5-7 days or
- Cephalexin 500 mg orally twice daily for 3-7 days

If not responds,
Please do the urine culture and report the urine test for treatment response.
Hope this may help you.
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
