OBGYN 's  Response
Hi,

I have gone through the sonogram report. All the parameters indicate 33 weeks gestation, but the femur length is corresponding to 31 weeks.

It is possible that the fetus may have a genetically short femur. All other findings indicate normal growth. The placental maturity is normal for the gestational age and there is adequate liquor. The fetus appears healthy with good activity.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shanti Vennam,
