Hi there, I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

First of all do not panic.

Your symptoms and USG reports suggest that you are having pelvic infection or inflammation.
Alao PAP smear shoes bacterial vaginosis.

In my opinion I will suggest you to seek prescription support from your treating doctor for a combination kit containing Azithromycin, Fluconazole and Ornidazole tablets, to be taken over 24 hours.
If you are sexually active at present then ask your partner to take the same kit.
This will help to prevent cross infection.
Also, use of vaginal pessary containing Clindamycin and Clotrimazole once at night for 7 days and use of Lactic acid containing vaginal wash during bath time is advisable.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
