What Does This Pathology Test Report For Right Breast Post Lumpectomy Indicate?
I just had a lumpectomy done on the right breast. Lymphs nodes were negative for cancer. Removal of Lump (5cm)...No remaining cancinoma according to pathological report. I was diagnosed with triple negative invasive ductul carcinoma. Histologic Grade: 2. Negative Lymph nodes. Pathological stage: pT1b NO. I had my first visit with oncologist. He suggested CMF chemo. My issue is that I do not want any chemo. Can you please advise.

Hi,
Excessive menstrual blood flow for weeks can cause anemia and fatigue. Prolonged bleeding should not occur. Anemia, hypothyroidism and any uterine pathology should be ruled out. Iron supplements should be taken to prevent severe anemia. In case of severe bleeding, antifibrinolytics can be taken to reduce the same.
