Hi,

Suggestive of obstructive jaundice. Based on the given report of liver function tests you seem to be suffering from obstructive type of jaundice which is a condition in which there is blockage of the flow of bile out of the liver. It's most common cause is the presence of gallstones. Other causes include tumors, trauma, cysts, and inflammation in the bile ducts. The underlying cause if any should be treated then only you will recover completely. I advise you an abdominal ultrasound scan to find out the underlying cause of obstructive jaundice.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
