What (in a language I can understand PLEASE :) ) is SEVERE DIFFUSE CHONDROMALACIA OF THE MEDIAL FEMORAL CONDYLE AND MEDIAL PLATEAU ARE NOTED WITH SMALL OSTEOPHYTE FORMATIONS. ALSO LARGE COMPLEX TEAR IS NOTED AT THE MID BODY AND POSTERIOR LIMB OF THE MEDIAL MENISCUS.
