General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As there is raised levels of serum creatinine, albumin loss in the urine with low Glomerular filteration rate, definitely renal failure reporting is there.

The intensity of the renal failure depends upon the co relation of

- history
- physical findings as blood pressure, pedal edema, respiratory status
- urine output ratio
- kidney biopsy results
- scan studies interpretation
- other information

It would be better if relevant further information are also available during follow up chat , so that better guidelines can be figured out as well.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
