What Does This Findings Of Brain MRI Scan Indicate?

I had just got my Brain MRI report back and there are a couple to a few things on my report that my doctor had given me. The first is that it says that there is a prominence of the CSF spaces over the frontal and anterior temporal lobes.. and that there are mildly from changed the ethmoid ( I don t even understand what that word is) air cells bilaterally?

Hello

MRI findings may suggest mild age related atrophic changes in frontal and temporal region of brain.These are expected findings in all persons.Atrophy is generally due to aging,however it may be seen early in many conditions like brain infection,trauma etc.
With aging,there is loss of brain parenchyma which causes prominent gyri and sulci and it allows C.S.F to expand.
This specific finding usually doesn't require any treatment.

Regarding ethmoid air cells,sentence is not completed.It may be related to ethmoid sinusitis etc.
Ethmoid air cells are air containing sinus space in face.
