What Does This Diagnostic Report Signify?

findings: small nodular density in the left upper lobe. Heart is not enlarged. Aorta is calcified. The hila and pulmonary vasculatures are within normal. Hemidiaphragm and sulci are intact. Visualized osseous structures are unremarkable. Impression: Granuloma left upper lobe likely from ptb atheroslerotic aorta. What does it meant

Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your diagnosed report I will suggest that you have developed a granuloma at the left upper lobe from pulmonary tuberculosis as well as arteriosclerosric aorta

In view of this please do the following test
Chest x-ray
ECG
Lipid profile test

Meanwhile please schedule an appointment with cardiothoracic surgeon specialist with the results and for expert clinical evaluation as well as adequate drug prescription
