Hello,

Since your daughter is having chronic cough, fever, fatigue for three months & now her X-Ray shows enlarged lymph nodes it could be because M.avium is transmitted through droplet infection via inhalation. However, the chances are not 100%.

Get her physically examined by a GP, if a few nodes are there than she needs a CBC to get a picture of her generalized health & WBC, that fight infection.

The treating doctor may need CT, MRI, biopsy of the nodes to get details as he starts her treatment. Do not delay, get her treated at the earliest. She needs medications & medical support.

Give her nutritious homemade food, help her stay away from addictions if any.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
