General & Family Physician 's  Response
Prominent bronchovascular markings in lung fields are visible markings made by blood vessels supplying nutrients to lungs. Causes are numerous. But common causes may be infection such as pneumonia, bronchial asthma, or chronic bronchitis. Also it is a normal finding in chest X – ray of people older than 60 years.
Your age???
Do you have any respiratory symptoms like cough, fever, weight loss and hemoptysis or chest pain???
If you do not have any symptoms then there is no need to worry.
If you have symptoms then consult your doctor for general examination of your body and chest for any auscultator findings. Avoid dust, smoking, and dry environment.
Thanks
