What Does This Chest CT Scan Test Result Indicate?

hi sir, My mother is 70 year old femal suffering fever for a week . he has seen both lung markin with old fibrocalcifiedlesion in both upper zone. no active tuberculosis, consolidation or effusionis seen on eighter side heart size normal no pulmonary congestion is seen no lymphadenopathu is seen bony thoracic cage is normal tell me about her. is it serious ?

I have gone through the CT report you have mentioned. Fibrocalcified lesions are suggestive of old healed lesions. These are mostly due to previous lung infection or tuberculosis. No need to worry for these lesions as they are scarred inactive lesions. Rest of the report is absolutely normal. So no need to worry for lung related cause for her fever.
