Hello,

As per your description, this patient needs a transfer in Air ambulance accompanied by trained nursing staff, doctors and with full equipment like oxygen, ventilator, Intravenous facilities et cetera.

And there is always a risk of death during transfer. So, it is better to think about all this and then take a decision.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Kaushal Bhavsar
