General & Family Physician 's  Response
hi
from the lab results your mother seems to be suffering from a viral infection and has low level of blood.
antibiotics will not help in a viral infection.
she needs to be investigated further for the anemia and also find out the type of viral infection
i would suggest take her to a physician for a through review
you can give her a lot of fluids, fruits, green leafy vegatables, beetroot, liver to help with the anemia and infection.
hope to have answered your query
thanks and takecare.
I find this answer helpful
