I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.
According to your blood report, your AST & ALT level are slightly higher than normal. These test are most probably elevated due to alcohol abuse. You should reduce or stop alcohol intake. These will start reducing slowly. If you didnt reduce or stop alcohol intake, you might progress to fatty liver disease which can be very harmful to your body. Your total cholesterol & ldl cholesterol is high, this is not good for your heart. YOu should reduce intake of saturated fats, increase intake of fibres in diet & increase your exercise. You might be also needing a cholesterol lowering medicine, If these results do not fall.
Refer to your physician
