I have gone through aHemogram test...results are Monocytes 0.13,, Basophils 0.01,, Hemoglobin 11.4,, MCH 26.7,, MCHC 28,, Red cell distribution width54.7,, RDW-CV15.6 ,, Platelet distribution width 21.61 ,, Mean Platelet volume 14.9,, Platelet count 140 Platelet large cell ratio 46. What do you suggest ?

The given report is absolutely normal and nothing to worry about it. The white blood cell count and haemoglobin are normal and platelets are also within the range.
