Thank you for your query.
your blood reports show elevated total Leukocyte count and Erythrocytes sedimentation rate.
Hemoglobin and Mean corpuscular hemoglobin are slightly low.
Based on the above, you are mildly anemic and have signs of inflammation and infection in your body

You mentioned you were a hypothyroid. Are you on medication? if so what is your dosage and your last TSH value?
You also mentioned a swollen lymph node. Where isn the neck is the swelling ( on the side,?above your clavicle? unde your jaw or ear?near your trachea/windpipe , under your hairline on the back of your neck?)and how big is it?
Is it painful or hurt when you swallow? Does it go away on it's own?
Do you have any other symptoms?( joint pains, abdominal fullness/bloating, change in bowel movements, any urinary symptoms like burning or pain while urinating, bronchitis/ asthma/ recent lung infection with cough cold and chest congestion )
Have you been abroad in the past 3 months?

Have you been examined by your physician? Why did you have the blood test done?

If it is a lymph node, it could mean a wide range of causes including infection.
I would recommend a consult with your physician to have a detailed examination.
how this helps,
please let us know if you need any clarification
wish you good health
