What Does This Abdominal CT Scan Test Result Indicate?

Ct scan abdominal pelvis with contrast indicates right hepatic lobe 19.5cm craniocaudal, hepatic steatosis, cluster of lymph nodes in right lower quadrant. Also left renal lateral parenchymal 1cm hypodensity cyst. My liver enzymes were extremely elevated prior to scaN. My question; could all of these findings be caused by Lupus? I have previously been diagnosed with the following; crohns, systemic lupus/ mixed connective tissue disease/rheumatoid arthritis (overlap) hypertention, degenerative disc disease, fibromyalgia, dysphagia, migraine headache. In 2015 I had laparoscopic Nissen fundoplication, hemicollectomy and rsection of appendix, terminal illeum, cecum,, ascendingcolon with jpouch.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The lupus can cause varying degree of liver involvement starting from mild alteration or raise of liver enzymes, metabolic disturbances to cirrhosis of the liver. However, if you can share current blood reports, CT scan plates in follow up session, I would be in a better position to co relate the things on clinical grounds for best guidance.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
