What Does This X-ray Report Indicate?

Hi, my latest xray result says Residual Fibrosis, right.. What does it mean ? I had my last xray this April and it was clear .. Then I repeat xray this July and the impression is : Residual Fibrosis, right Just wondrin where did it came from ? I never had a tb and from a small span of time since may last xray (cleared) , I got this fibrosis ? Thanks

Hello welcome to the health care magic

Lung fibrosis usually from post infectious cause.

You can have mild pneumonitis like infection in past and it can lead scaring post inflammatory.

If no such history present than smoking and occupation exposure cause needs to be ruled out

If no any specific cause found than sometime idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis can be the possibility

If you have no symptoms than treatment not needed just now.
