Hello

Atelectasis is collapse of small lung segments in basal region. It is generally due to retained secretions, chronic infection etc.
It may reverse with treatment of underlying cause.
You may need antibiotics.
Physiotherapy is also helpful in such cases.
It is good that cardiac angiography shows normal coronary vessels.

Get well soon.
Take Care
