What Does This X-ray Of Chest Indicate?

Can you please tell me the meaning of this x-ray result. Thanks in advance!There are minimal hazy and reticular densities in the right upper lobe.The pulmonary vascular pattern is normal.The cardiac shadow is not enlarged.The diaphragm and costophrenic sulci are intact.The osseous structures are unremarkable

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion no need to worry for your x ray report. As your x ray findings are suggestive of old healed lesion.
Hazzy opacities with reticular pattern suggestive of fibrosis only.
So you may have TB or pneumonia in the past and after completing the treatment the lesion healed by fibrosis and this looks like hazzy reticular pattern. So no need to worry as it is old fibrotic lesion. If you still want to confirm get done CT Thorax.
