General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear,
Understand your concern.
Normal serum folate level: 2.76-20.0 ng/ml
Normal serum vitamin B12 level: 239.0-931.0 pg/ml.
Your Vitamin B12 and Folate is higher.
I think it is due to oral intake of vitamin and folate tablet.
It may be high in person with MTHFR mutation.
So please test for MTHFR gene test at near genetic center.
Also test: homo cysteine, lipid profile, methyl melonic acid to exclude other cause.
Stop the taking tablet.

Hope this may help you.
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
