What Does This Urinalysis Test Result For Back Pain And Frequent Urination Indicate?

I am a diabetic with a recent 6.2 A1C reading. My doc sent me for a urine analysis test and said I have crystals and proteins in my urine. I ve had pain in my lower back, frequent urination, and a numb sensation in my right labia. I also feel that I have something stuck in my vagina.....a pressure of sorts. The urine analysis did not indicate an UTI. Sigh....

You have problem of back pain and frequent urination that may be because of kidney infection.

Glomerulonephtitis may cause back pain problem at that site kidney is situated.

Urine test and microscopic examination is helpful for further diagnosis.
Ultasonography is helpful for further diagnosis.
After urine culture test start a antibiotics course.

Proper physical examination and history give exact idea.
Consent a nephrologist for further diagnosis.
