What Does This TVS Report Indicate?

just want to know for a possibility of pregnancy? I just got the result of my TVS today the remarks are:
normal sized anteverted uterus with thickened endometrium
normal sized ovaries with immature follicles
negative adnexal.
minimal cul de sac fluid collection
what is the meaning of all this remarks?

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

The uterus is normal in position and the endometrial thickness is within normal range.
The ovaries also appear norma. Minimal fluid in cul de sac can signify ovulation. There is no mention about decidual reaction. This means you may have to wait and watch. Home pregnancy test should be done after at least 15 days from last unprotected sex to get accurate results.
