What Does This MRI Test Result For Back Pain And Neuropathy In Feet Indicate?

Hello I m a 51yr female.A follow up MRI 1 yr later is only the C-Spine. My debilitating pain is in my complete spine & in my pelvis and neck / shoulder blades area with burning Neuropathy in my feet.Neuro Dr. Has not shared treatment options yet. Question: 1) could this be the reason for my entire spine pain? 2) If left untreated can the bone spurs cause pharalysis.IMPRESSION: Progression of now mild/moderate C5-C6 degenerative disc disease with Resolution of central disc extrusion. Persistent broad-based posterior disc osteophyte complex severely narrows the spinal canal at this level. Thank you.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is this is the cervical spine degenerative disease and some time it could be stable and in case of some symptoms it may need surgical intervention but this happens in very rare case, it may not cause any paralysis, even if left untreated so this is nothing to worry, of course pain could be due to this but most of the time it may be associated with some functional condition too, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
