What Does This MRI Report Of Spine Indicate?

Hello Doctor

I am attaching my MRI report below. Please suggest next steps. Can this be cured by Traction and Physiotherapy. I have not done any traction so far. With mild stretching exercises given by an orthopaedecian, my pain is under control without any medication. I have right hand finger tips numb since 2 weeks.

MRI REPORT - CERVICAL SPINE

Cervical spine was studied with 3mm thin slices in axial and sagittal plane. Both T1 and T2 weighted and gradient echo images were obtained. T2 weighted sagittal whole spine screening was also performed.

There is seen straightening of the cervical spine. Cervical vertebrae reveal normal marrow signal intensity. The cervical intervertebral discs show reduced signal intensity on T2WI. There is seen annular tear with posterior central protrusion of C3-4 disc causing effacement of the anterior subarachnoid space. Large broad-based posterior protrusion of C4-5 disc is identified causing cord indentation with minimal cord edema and right foraminal stenosis. Diffuse disc bulge of C5-6 disc is seen causing indentation of the anterior subarachnoid space. Small right paracentral-foraminal protrusion of C6-7 disc is noted causing minimal indentation of the anterior subarachnoid space and right foraminal compromise. No other disc bulge is noted. The facet joints are unremarkable. The cranio vertebral junction is unremarkable. There is no fracture, dislocation or erosion. Paravertebral soft tissues are normal.

T2 weighted sagittal whole spine screening reveals straightening of the lumbar spine with disc bulge/protrusion at D7-8, L1-2, L2-3, L3-4 and L4-5 levels.
