What Does This HIV Test Report Indicate?

I got my HIV Ultra Duo test result yesterday. It says:
index of antibody = 0.09
index of P24 Antigen = 0.02
Threshold and interpretation of result:
index i interpretation
ii>0.25 Reactive for Antigen (P24) OR AntibodyComments:
The kit simultaneously detects:
i)HIV-1 antibodies (lgG & lgM class of sub-type O & gp41) and HIV-2 antibodies (lgG class of gp36)
ii) P24 antigen
*The test aims to reduce the window period and picks the patient in very early stage.
Can you please explain the above result in a simple word? Am i HIV Infected?

You are HIV negative , in simple words, as your actual values are less than the values required for positivity (0/02 < 0.25 in your case)
