What does thickening of endometrium indicate?

I went to dr last night and she said on sonogram it looked like my endometrium was really thick first day of my last period was November 20th me and my husband have been trying since first of nov to conceive my next period isn t due till dec 19 could the thickening mean I m pregnant

Hu, I have gone through your question. First sign of conception and implantation in ultrasound is thickening of the endometrium. The thickened endometrium in post ovulatory phase can 've indicative of pregnancy.
I would suggest you to wait for the period, if they are delayed then do get a urine pregnancy test done and further management should be done accordingly.
