What Does These CT Scan Results Indicate?

CT scan shows cluster of nodular densities within the right middle lobe anteriorly, the largest measures 4mm. Scarring and atelectasis is present in the bilateral lung bases. I am 74 years old female non-smoker but around much second hand smoke. Is this cancer?

The findings are suspicious for cancer.
It can also be infectious cause like sarcoidosis etc.
To rule out the cancer is better even if the findings are not confirmatory for cancer.
