Thanks for writing in.

Your report findings in simple language means that:
1. There is a small fibroid in the uterus wall.
2. A polyp is seen in the uterus cavity.

You may need to repeat the ultrasound after 3 months. The fibroid may not cause any symptoms but any irregular bleeding can be due to the polyp.
