What Does The Urinalysis Test Regarding Uti Indicate?

im ervin - (Male), 28yrs old.. i have urinalysis test result, the latest result comes as of (08-05-11) MICROSCOPIC: WBC 4-6 hpf, RBC 0-2 hpf, Epithelial cells (+), Mucus Threads (+), i've gone medical treatment, taking medicine (Levofloxacin 250mg) was taken last week - July 25-31, .. ive experienced UTI, last 2008 until now. im too worried.. what should i do? thank you.

This urine analysis indicates minor residual infection after antibiotics, needs to be taken care with plenty of liquids and urinary alkaliser.
